What are your ordering hours?
Online orders are accepted daily during our service hours: Mon-Thu 5-10pm, Fri-Sat 5-11pm, Sun 5-9pm. Orders must be placed at least 30 minutes before desired pickup/delivery time.
Can I modify items in my order?
Most items can be customized through our online system. For special requests or dietary modifications, please include a note in your order or call us at (626) 344-7218.

What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is taken in person — by card or cash at pickup, or with your driver on delivery. We'll confirm your total when we call to confirm your order.
What's your cancellation policy?
Orders can be cancelled up to 15 minutes after placement for a full refund. After that time, a 25% cancellation fee may apply. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
