Acceptance of Terms

By using the Ember & Thyme website, including our reservation and online ordering forms, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Reservations

Reservation requests submitted through our website are not confirmed until we contact you. We hold reserved tables for 15 minutes past the reservation time. For parties of 9 or more, please call us directly so we can accommodate your group.

Online Orders

Orders placed through our website are requests that we confirm by phone, including your total and timing. Payment is collected at pickup or upon delivery. A $3 fee applies to delivery orders within our delivery area.

Orders may be cancelled up to 15 minutes after placement at no charge. After that, a 25% cancellation fee may apply since preparation has begun.

Menu & Pricing

Our menu changes seasonally, and prices and availability are subject to change without notice. While we take dietary restrictions and allergies seriously, our kitchen handles common allergens, so we cannot guarantee any dish is allergen-free.
